When will my order be shipped?
We usually process orders within 1 to 3 business days. If you order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, processing begins on the next business day. Once the order has been processed, delivery usually takes 4 to 6 business days.
What shipping options are available?
At Sophie Studio, we offer free shipping across the UK via Royal Mail. We work with reliable delivery partners for fast and secure delivery.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link we send by email. If the link doesn't work on all devices, you can copy the tracking code and paste it on our Track order page.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
First check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation. If the parcel still hasn't been delivered, contact our customer service and we'll look into the situation as soon as possible.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed it can no longer be changed. If a mistake occurs, contact us as soon as possible and we'll find a solution together.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Send them back within 30 days, and we'll refund your purchase.
